The Society for Animals in Distress (SAID) is on a mission to transform lives by providing professional veterinary care to animals in low- to no-income communities. We don’t just treat animals—we create change. By educating foundation-phase children, we nurture empathy and compassion, building a future where care and kindness flourish. Supported by donors, sustainable income streams, and dedicated volunteers, SAID delivers impactful services that improve animal welfare and empower communities. Every action we take is guided by excellence and tailored to our resources, ensuring we make the biggest difference possible—for animals, people, and a better tomorrow.
