Our 4 pillar approach includes, skills training, coaching and mentoring for sustainability, mental wellness for generational change and networking to overcome systemic challenges. Our name describes our attitude..If it is to be, it is Up To Me. Our slogan is "My Chance, My Change" Our beneficiaries are from the most disadvantaged areas of South Africa and our agreement with each beneficiary is simple..We will do our best for you..as long as you continue to do your best for you. This proactive approach fosters confidence, accountability, the spirit of ubuntu, solidarity and ultimately a safer community.
